Brand Style Development
Whangarei Girls' High School is one of Northland's leading secondary schools, and needed a strong brand to reflect its culture and spirit and give the school a professional look and feel.
Level developed a brand style around a theme of flax, representing the weaving together of the past and the future, teachers and students, Maori and Pakeha, opportunities and pathways: the many strands of this vibrant and forward-thinking school.

Student Workshops
One of the school's key philosophies is listening and responding to the student voice, so the students were a critical part of researching and planning the brand, to ensure it reflected all the school's values, and was meaningful to the students.
Level facilitated a number of 'brainstorming' sessions with the students, complete with leading questions, lots of coloured pens and of course, pizza.

Level worked with Whangarei Girls' High on every phase of the Prospectus, including content planning, copywriting, design and printing.
After speaking with students, we opted for a magazine-style format, breaking the content up into bite-size pieces and making it easy for students and parents to find the information they were looking for.
