There's nothing like having delicious freshly roasted coffee just around the corner... not to mention the great meeting spot, scrumptious kai, awesome service and inviting aromas coming from the coffee roaster behind the counter.
Sabio Cafe didn’t take long to make its mark on Whangārei’s local cafe scene. The fresh new decor and delicious food make it an easy choice, but the great coffee – carefully roasted and blended on-site – makes it a no brainer. Setting up a new business from scratch is hard work but throughout this challenging time, Penny and Craig were always a delight to work with and made our job of developing their branding easy and fun.
The owl motif (to reflect the Spanish for ‘Sabio’, which translates to ‘wise’), was a key part of the brief, so we did some research and explored a few concepts (below) before finally settling on the current brand.
Once a brand was decided on, we worked with Penny to produce coffee bag labels and a Master Roasted ‘stamp’ that they now apply to all their products.
